Apache Interested in replacing Bailey Bridge on Liard Highway by 2015/16
Mayor Streeper reported that he had met with the Honourable John Rustad, BC Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation, as well as North Peace MLA Pat Pimm. MLA Pimm agreed to act as the political lead regarding the replacement of the Bailey Bridge on Highway 77. Apache Corporation is interested in undertaking the bridge replacement and are hoping to have the project underway by winter 2015/2016.
