Food Bank clients, elders and youth from the Fort Nelson community attended another scrumptious Harvest Dinner at the Fort Nelson Aboriginal Friendship Centre on November 29th, 2012.
This year the dinner was sponsored by Encana Corporation, Quicksilver Resources Canada Ltd., Imperial Oil Ltd., Salus Safety, Apache Canada Ltd., ConocoPhillips Canada, Spectra Energy, and the Fort Nelson Aboriginal Friendship Society.
Food was provided by Simply Savoury Catering. Volunteers from the sponsor companies and Friendship Centre staff served the delicious food and waited on the tables.
The hall was beautifully decorated in a harvest time theme by Deidre Sittler and Julie Rose. Submitted by Eric Ashdown.
