Three bids for Municipal Flower Contract
Three bids were received from the municipal flower contract. The bids were received from: Sun North Ventures $59,000.00 J&L Greenhouses $38,878.62, Springtime Gardens $28,500.00 Scott Barry, Director of Public Works gave two suggestions to council for consideration.
1. Recommended: Award the 2013 Flowers contract be awarded to Springtime Gardens for
the contract price of $28,500 plus HST.
2. Award the 2013 Flowers Contract to J&L Greenhouses for the contract price of $38,878.62 plus HST.
