Obituary – Emily Abraham, 59
October 31st, 1952 – November 7th, 2011
In loving memory of a great mother, grandmother, sister and true friend. Emily was a member of the community for much of her adulthood. She loved the beautiful backdrop that Fort Nelson fell upon and the people who made the town so wonderful to be a part of. Working at the Fort Nelson General Hospital allowed her to meet many people and she always spoke highly of those she met. A private person, her passing has caught many by surprise. Her fight with cancer was a strong batter and she moved on when it was time. Her heart was open and her soul free. Emily leaves behind her children; Kimberly, Ralph, Barbara, and Tyler; her three grandchildren Fiona, Cheryl, and Chelsea; her sister Mary and brother Wilfred; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Emily is reunited with her mother Sarah; father Edward; brothers Howard, Joseph, and August; sister Clara; and many friends. “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”
