Obituary – Ashley Sarah Shepherd, 23
May 11th, 1987 – January 5th, 2011
To my young cousin so beautiful and kind. God took you away And left you behind. He gave you your wings Now spread them and fly. May your soul be free To soar the sky. Be reunited with loved ones past And be at eternal peace at last. I will feel you in the morning breeze And the sunshine on my face. I know your watching over us With a smile on your face. So until the day comes when I see you again Take care, I love you, be free. Love Laura, Dale, Asia and family Ashley passed away in Whitehorse, YT after a very brief courageous battle with cancer. Her family was by her side. Ashley was laid to rest on January 12, 2011 in Watson Lake, YT.
